To Order By Mail

  1. Put the item(s) you wish to purchase in the shopping cart
  2. Continue the checkout process to the Shipping page
  3. Enter your shipping address information and choose your shipping method
  4. Go to the next page. You should now see a shipping amount and total for your order.
  5. Print this page and mail with your check or money order made out to Wiz Kids or credit card information (include card number, expiration date and signature).
  6. Be sure to include your complete shipping information and billing information if it is different.

If you choose to return your program or other item, here's the process:

  1. Mail it to us (we recommend you send the package insured or at least with tracking).
  2. Include a copy of your receipt.
  3. We'll process your return right away. Within 1-2 weeks of receiving your package, your credit card will be refunded the price of the program or item in your order (or a check mailed if you paid by check or money order), or an exchange sent if you request it.

    5. If you wish to cancel your order:

    You will need to contact us via email or phone. Orders are shipped the business day following the day of the order. It is possible for an order to ship the same day if it is placed in the morning prior to the shipping process for the day. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and you must go through the return process instead. If you cancel and the order has not shipped, it will be refunded in total for the product and any shipping, handling, and tax.

    Sales Tax

    A sales tax of 6.9% is added to all orders shipped to Minnesota addresses.

    International:

    Please note that for all international orders any duties or taxes incurred will be your responsibility. Please also note that if you choose to return or exchange your items you will need to pay for shipping and handling of each package sent either by you or by us.
